Moments of Misery - Heavy//Hitter

Something about this Florida heat, man. The native-floridian deathcore outfit just dropped this ass-beater of an EP. Produced by Austin Coupe, this EP is a sonic assault of 5 punishing songs, each heavier than the last.

Catch them in a city near you as they hit the road with 156 Silence, VCTMS, Wiltwither, and more at the beginning of 2025.

Hail Stan - Periphery

Periphery is the epitome of what Riffs. Code. Coffee. is all about. If you’ve checked out any of their documentaries or business ventures, the guys in Periphery are tech-savvy musicians doing all of the things. This selection of their discography is one of my favorites. Something about Matt Halpern’s opening drum fill in “Blood Eagle” just gets me going.

Anyways, if you want some sweet, sweet, progressive metal made by some cool dudes, check out Periphery.

The Crucible of Life - The Home Team

I first discovered this band when they toured with Dragged Under (or was it Rest Repose? It was one of Fluff’s bands, I know that). At the time, they were playing pop punk. Although there are still elements of the genre in their new stuff, the Home Team has transformed into this super cool Pop Rock style band. Full of good vibes, catchy hooks, and absolutely incredible vocals, this album is sure to put you in a good mood if you’re looking for something a little different.

Gosh, I wish they played this stuff on mainstream radio!

Payload 3.0 is almost here!

Payload 3.0 is almost here. As many of you know, I’ve been using this Content Management System for the Noise Box website, and now that I am passed the learning curve, I have nothing but amazing things to say about it.

Payload 3.0 brings native Next.js to this powerful technology. Build and deploy your custom CRM, website, or whatever your mind can conjure up all within the same repo. Live preview on the admin panel is also a nice touch for your marketing team, as they can see their changes in real time.

If you’d like to learn more about payload, check out their website here.

Oh by the way! — I create content-driven websites for entrepreneurs and creators. Set up a call with me today & let’s unf[…]ck your tech stack.

We Are the Creatives: Episode 1 is coming!

And I couldn’t be more stoked about it. We Are the Creatives is a series I will be doing within Riffs. Code. Coffee. where I talk to different creative entrepreneurs about how they use technology in their professions, insights on what they do and how they got there, and more. There are lots of creative minds in the world and we can all learn a lot from them.

The first episode will be here next Wednesday, featuring none other than my dear friend, Austin Dingess.

Austin is a highly skilled graphic designer, brand strategist, content creator, and industry expert. His youtube channel, Collect & Contrast, has amassed over 4000 subscribers in a very short period of time, and it is much deserved.

In our conversation, Austin and I dove into the topics of AI ethics in the design industry, as well as the art of storytelling in great design, and more.

You can check out more from Austin by subscribing to his youtube channel,, or visiting his website. All applicable links are below!

That’s all for this week’s pull request. Let’s go ahead and merge this to main. I hope you have an amazing weekend!

Build Fast. Break Stuff. Have Fun.
