Outcry - Never Ending Game

Any band from Detroit immediately has my heart, and Never Ending Game is no exception. This album is overflowing with nu-metall-y hardcore goodness. If you liked Hatebreed back in the day, give these guys a listen.

Razer Basilisk V3 X

I just bought this mouse as a replacement to my trusty Corsair Scimitar. Unfortunately, the click wheel on the Scimitar is on it’s last leg. My friend Brandon recommended that I give this mouse a shot and I’m excited to give it a try. Who knows — maybe I’ll finally get my first Dreadnaught in Black Ops 6 (just kidding. I suck. 😂)

Windows 😱

Speaking of the Basilisk, let’s talk about Windows for a second?

WHAT?! Paps is a Mac guy! This is blasphemy!

I do still have a gaming PC. Actually, it was intended to be my audio pc, until I downloaded Warzone on it in 2020. Whoops.

Anyways, I’ve consolidated my gaming rig back to my main desk. Space is limited in our house, and we are repurposing the area where my little gaming desk is.

I’m also diving back into the .NET framework to sharpen my skills for my day job, so it is nice to jump back on the ol’ PC and work on those projects there.

I rip on Windows a lot, but it has it’s charm. In fact, despite all the Windows 11 negativity there is, I actually really enjoy it. To me, it’s more of a Windows 10.5, but the UI changes are very much appreciated (minus the ads. Do we really need to sell our souls to capitalism at EVERY corner?!)
